Nobody’s perfect—that we know for sure—not even Hollywood’s biggest stars, who seem to have it all. So, to prove our point, we’ve selected some of the most memorable—and embarrassing—celebrity moments that make us all feel just a little bit better about the bone-head moves we’ve made in the past.

Kimberly Stewart

Kimberly Stewart is best known for being Rod Stewart's daughter—and a very close pal to fellow socialite Paris Hilton. And while walking the red carpet should be, well, like a walk in the park for someone of Kim's status, one particular stroll got a tad out of hand. At a Maxim party, Kim and Paris posed on motorcycles on the press line, which was all fine and good, until Kim turned hers on and lost control, crashing it on the red carpet and ending up eating said carpet with her skirt over head. Paris, being the BFF that she is, sat back and laughed. Now that's hot.

Ashlee Simpson

It was bad enough that Ashlee Simpson was outed for lip-synching on SNL, when the backup track (complete with vocals) for the wrong song began playing during her performance, but then she tried to blame it on her band! Also utterly embarrassing? The hoe-down-like moves she busted out with to fill the awkward moment. It really couldn't have gotten any worse.

Fergie

Fergie ran into some trouble during a concert in Australia, when she found herself having to use the ladies room mid-show. Fergs admitted to having a few drinks before hitting the stage and says she didn't think to go the bathroom. Well, she probably won't be making that mistake again, because after a few minutes of jumping and dancing, Fergie lost control of her bladder and, yup, had an "accident." She tried to cover up the ultra embarrassing moment by dousing herself with champagne, but the truth came out when photos depicted the undeniable incident. The fact that Fergie's group is named Black Eyed Peas probably didn't help the situation. (Oh, and Fergie's also been known to perform with her fly unzipped.)

Jane Fonda

Jane Fonda needed her mouth washed out with soap—in big way—when the sharp-tongued actress used a majorly taboo word on live television. While making a Valentine's Day appearance on The Today Show, to talk about her involvement in The Vagina Monologues, Jane tossed out the c-word (the nasty one that describes a female body part) to a speechless Meredith Vieira. Poor Mer had to come back from commercial and apologize on behalf of Jane and the show, but Jane has yet to see the error of her ways.

All we want to know is if she kissed her mother with that mouth?

Tara Reid

Party girl Tara Reid is often seen weaving down the red carpet after some major pre-partying, but it was on one particular stroll in front of the press that sent cameras into overdrive. You see, a newly-enhanced Tara lost one side of her dress, right there in front of the cameras at Diddy's birthday party. But while the flashbulbs went crazy, Tara seemed to have no idea that one of her breasts was on full display—until she was fixed by another partygoer. Unfortunately for Tara this would just be one of the many incidents she could only hope not to remember.

Janet Jackson

The term wardrobe malfunction was made famous by the duo of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, after a particularly revealing performance at the Super Bowl XXXVIII half-time show. The controversy occurred when, at the end of the duo's live performance of "Rock Your Body," Justin ripped off a piece of Janet's costume and revealed her right breast, commencing "Nipplegate." J&J swore it was an accident, but the FCC called it "a classless, crass and deplorable stunt." Justin publicly apologized, while Janet's peeps said she was sorry, but this was one play that would run over and over again—especially for anyone who TiVo-ed the game.

Nicole Richie

New mom Nicole Richie is going to have some explaining to do to daughter Harlow, when the little girl learns of her mom's less-than-stellar driving skills. In December 2006, Nicole got stopped by cops after driving the wrong way down the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The starlet admitted to cops that she had smoked pot and taken Vicodin before getting behind the wheel, and later served 82 minutes in jail for the DUI arrest. We're thinking Joel Madden should probably be the one to teach Harlow how to drive.

Hugh Grant

Hugh Grant was enjoying being Hollywood's good guy until one fateful night in 1995, when he was caught by the LAPD with prostitute Divine Brown. Both parties were arrested and Hugh later pled guilty to a misdemeanor lewd conduct charge. The movie star was sentenced to 2 years probation, ordered to pay a $1,180 fine, and instructed to attend an AIDS education program, but Hugh's sentence was probably nothing compared to the lashing he got from then-girlfriend, supermodel Elizabeth Hurley. Hugh found his way back in audience's good graces by admitting what a dummy he was and publicly apologizing to Liz on a number of occasions. Unfortunately for Hugh, he and Liz didn't make it as a couple, but they remain good friends today.

Bar Refaeli Living It Up In NYC

She's been checking out the action at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week as of late, and yesterday (September 14) Bar Refaeli was spotted out and about in Bryant Park.

The Israeli-born babe looked lovely as she strolled around town in a white polo shirt teamed with a pair of denim cutoffs and a pair of brown sandals.

And it sounds like Bar may have found a new boy toy to fill the void left by Leonardo DiCaprio since she got to Manhattan.

According to a source, Miss Refaeli and Chace Crawford were spotted getting pretty friendly at 1Oak nightclub. "At one point, Bar reached down and grabbed Chace's backside. They were very affectionate with each other. Bar and Chace have been spending a lot of time together since Bar is town and attending New York Fashion Week events."

Hayden Panettiere doing Sexy Shopping at Saks

Feeling the need for retail therapy, Hayden Panettiere was spotted hitting up Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (July 1).

Joined by a gal pal, the "Heroes" hottie looked summertime sexy as she made her way to her car while sporting a yellow scoopneck top with denim cutoff shorts.

In related news, it seems Miss Panettiere is back on the market after the dissolution of her short-lived romance with British television presenter Steve Jones.

Explaining the reason for the split, Hayden told press, "I'm single and mingling. Steve lives in London and the distance is a bit too much."
